Honey Butter:
Serves 13 (1 Tablespoon Servings)
Ingredients:
1/3 cup Ambrosia Honey
1/2 cup butter, softened
Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit

Combine first four ingredients and spread on bottom of greased 8x8 baking dish. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Camembert Grape Salad with Honey Vinaigrette:
Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup dark wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
3/4 pound seedless grapes
3/4 pound sliced fresh figs, apricots, plums, or nectarines
4 ounces camembert or brie cheese, cut into narrow wedges
1/2 cup pecan halves, toasted
2 quarts salad greens
Combine honey, vinegar, oil, orange juice, and poppy seeds in a very jar. Shake well.

Arrange clusters of grapes, fruit, cheese wedges, and pecans on salad greens. Shake dressing and drizzle over salad. Refrigerate any remaining dressing.

  1. Hello. I just have to post a comment; actually a correction. This company is not located on the Western Slope in Colorado; it is actually on the Eastern Slope just north of Denver. The continental divide crosses Colorado and anything on the West of the divide is considered the Western Slope. I hope you correct this!

  2. First off...excellent honey!!

    But along the same lines as the previous poster, a correction should be made in regard to calling the honey "Unfiltered". It is strained which is a form of filtering. Better (more truthful) to call it "Not Force Filtered" or "Slightly Filtered".
